A new megaproject in Los Angeles will create 1,000 construction-related jobs over the next 30 months. Circa is a 1.6-million-square-goot mixed-use residential and retail project that will include twin 35-story towers.
LendLease will be the general contractor and Wilshire Construction, LP will manage construction designed by Harley Ellis Devereaux. The project has a target completion of September 2017.
The Circa project joins the even larger Fig Center project, which is a three-tower $1 billion project that broke ground last spring.
