Tutor Perini awarded contractors for 15 Hudson Yards residential building and The Shops & Restaurants retail complex totaling around $1.2 billion in construction value

Tutor Perini has been awarded contracts for construction of 15 Hudson Yards Tower D and The Shops & Restaurants retail complex at Hudson Yards in New York. The contractor will manage a total construction value of approximately $1.2 billion for its portion of the project.

Fifteen Hudson Yards will be the first residential building at Hudson Yards and will be a 70-story, 960,000-square-foot, multi-unit residential building with 391 residences. The building is scheduled to be completed and open in 2018.

The Retail Complex is a seven-story, one-milion-square-foot retail center. The Retail Complex is also scheduled to open in 2018.
