Summit Supply, a division of All States Ag Parts, has acquired Dominion Equipment Parts. All States Ag Parts is a supplier of agricultural and construction parts in North America.

Dominion Equipment Parts specializes in aftermarket rubber tracks and undercarriage parts for a wide variety of construction equipment. Dominion is also an OEM parts distributor for Morooka rubber track carriers throughout the U.S. Dominion has a network of 300 dealers that sell Dominion Rubber Tracks, Morooka and other parts.

Dominion is headquartered in Ashaland, Va., and has five other U.S. warehouses. This distribution network is able to offer next day delivery to most locations throughout the country. With the addition of Dominion Equipment Parts, All States Ag Parts now operates 40 locations in North America.

“The acquisition of Dominion will further strengthen our rubber track product line for construction applications. Construction parts are an important and growing segment of our product mix,” said Bill Davidson, president of All States Ag Parts.

Ken Byrd, the previous owner of Dominion Equipment Parts said, “I am excited to be selling our business to All States Ag Parts. I know the company that we’ve built over the past 24 years will be in good hands. All States Ag Parts core business values match up with the Dominion values of providing outstanding customer service, great products and fair prices. Davidson added that all employees of Dominion Equipment Parts were offered employment with the new company.
