Damir joined the United Cement Group holding in 2017 as a technical director and was responsible for the technical equipment of production, as well as improving production efficiency and product quality.
In September 2020, he was appointed Acting General Director of Kuvasaycement JSC, the leading and largest supplier of high-quality building materials to the market of Uzbekistan and the Central Asian region.
In 2001, he graduated from the Moscow Military Engineering University with a degree in engineering - cartography.
