Mobile 12 SE Batch Plant

RexCon's Mobile 12 SE portable batch plant is now available with a 12-cu.-yd. accumulative style batcher with a 66-ton, four compartment aggregate bin with fold up sides.

• Hydraulically raise back of batch plant to quickly release the running gear
• Cement section hydraulically raised to a charging height of 14 ft. for loading front or rear discharge mixer trucks
• No concrete slabs or steel plating required for set up
• Lower frame runs entire length of batch plant and sits flatly on ground
• 135-ton, three compartment portable AGG bin can be mounted over top of the batcher
• Two 150 barrel cement storage bins with 12-in-diameter screws and 40-hp drives feed a gravity cement batcher
• Standard with a 36-in. batch belt and 20-hp air compressor
• Erect without a crane
