International Grooving and Grinding Association's Terry Kraemer & John Roberts IGGA is celebrating its 40th anniversary and discussing how to repair America's infrastructure.
While techniques have not changed much over the years, the advancement of the technologies with which the techniques can be applied has evolved through tightening of specifications in the industry.
"Improvements in the equipment itself as well as the cutting wheels. Together, they've both come a long ways in the last 10 to 15 years," says Terry Kraemer.
The U.S. can't afford to rebuild the entire network of roads that we have, so repairing is going to be critical.
