
ConCntric has introduced Amplify, an AI-powered preconstruction management tool designed to help construction teams plan, analyze and align on projects more efficiently.
Unlike traditional large language models that focus on summarizing or answering questions, Amplify works autonomously inside ConCntric’s platform — making decisions, completing tasks and surfacing insights without constant user prompts.
The system is built to speed up data intake and review, generate tailored reports, and log or update project risks. Teams can upload transcripts, notes, or emails, and Amplify will identify potential issues, refine estimates, or prepare for upcoming meetings. It can also produce charts, maps and trend graphs in seconds and draw from past projects to streamline setup for new ones.
By ingesting project documents, meeting transcripts, historical data, and relevant online information, Amplify can create clear dashboards, risk registers and customized insights for any project size.
ConCntric says Amplify was developed in close collaboration with construction professionals to reflect how preconstruction teams work — fast-paced, cross-functional and deadline-driven. The tool builds on ConCntric’s existing platform, which already centralizes scope, risk mitigation, and cost alignment, and extends those capabilities with AI-driven automation.
