Resource Center Manager

William (Rusty) Owings III serves as ACI Resource Center Manager. He has over 20 years of experience working in the design and construction industry. Owings received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS, USA, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

With locations in the Midwest and Southern California and a third planned for the East Coast, the American Concrete Institute's Resource Centers provide scheduled and on-demand sessions are fully operational concrete contractors.
