Helen Frape is Business Analyst Innovation and Change at GCP. Prior to joining GCP in 2017 Helen held manufacturing performance roles within the ready-mixed concrete sector, focusing on reducing variability and removing waste. In the last 10 years her emphasis has been on helping teams with behavioral change as a means to delivering sustainable improvement. Helen is currently working to bring VERIFI® into the mainstream and supporting customers wishing to integrate the system into their businesses.
