Reading Truck Equipment and Masterack, both J.B. Poindexter & Co. companies, are integrating their operations to create a larger commercial vehicle upfit organization in North America.
The combined organization will bring together Masterack’s cargo management products for commercial vans and pickup trucks with Reading Truck Equipment’s network of upfit, installation, parts and service locations.
Masterack will continue operating under its existing brand and maintain its product portfolio and customer relationships. Customers will continue working with their existing sales and support teams while gaining access to the expanded product lineup and service network.
The integration also includes the BEDSLIDE product line. The combined organization will assume responsibility for its manufacturing, sales and customer support, adding another cargo management option for commercial trucks and vans.
