The double locking, fully automatic Generation 3 (G3) hydraulic quick coupler features four independent safety components.
- Front safety lock, mechanical secondary rear safety system, hydraulic cylinder check valve and “curl to release” control system provide a safe process for attachment engagement and release
- Curved engaging plate holds attachment’s link/rear pin firmly in place upon losing hydraulic power
- Extra-high-strength steel construction
- Simple design with only a few replacement parts and no greasing requirements
- Compact design minimizes changes to the tip radius
- Variable pin center design allows easy pickup and change between various carriers’ attachments from the cab
- Available in a mechanical version
