Terry Tuerk and Jere Geib talk about Metabo's new product, the KHE 3250 rotary hammer debuting at World of Concrete 2013. Over 4,000 blows per minute, 1100 rpm. It's the smallest and lightest tool in its class at 7.5 pounds.
