Elgin Sweeper has updated its regenerative air pickup head for the RegenX and Crosswind sweeper platforms, combining a common design with features intended to simplify service and parts support.
The pickup head uses updated air knife geometry and tuning developed through computational analysis to improve debris pickup across substrates including sand, dirt and clay. Elgin tested the design under various operating conditions.
Service features include integrated washout ports, reversible dirt shoes and improved access for cleaning and maintenance. The updated design will become the standard pickup head for both the RegenX and Crosswind platforms.
