The Demag PC 3800-1 Pedestal Crane provides access to jobsites previously not reachable with a standard crawler model. The PC 3800-1 only needs four spots prepared for outrigger supports which do not need to be perfectly levelled because the outrigger cylinders can compensate some tolerance on the ground's flatness.
- Hydraulic extendable and foldable outriggers can be positioned at 39.4 by 39.4 ft., 46 by 46 ft. with all configurations, and 62.5 by 62.5 ft. without Superlift
