ASV introduces the company’s first mid-frame, vertical-lift compact track loader, the Posi-Track VT-70. The machine features a vertical lift loader linkage for applications requiring extended reach and level loads, such as loading pallets and handling hay bales. The VT-70, with rated operating capacity of 2,328 lb., excels at lift, carry and load tasks as well as heavy digging in industries such as agriculture, construction and excavation. ASV’s patented Posi-Track rubber track suspension is a single-level suspension made using two independent torsion axles per undercarriage. ASV transformed its undercarriage from its previous closed design to an open-rail and drive-sprocket design for longer sprocket and bogie life, easier and faster undercarriage cleaning.
- Ride control dampens loader-arm movement to limit material loss and improve operator comfort
- Multiple wheel contact points, central drive lug and outside guide lug minimize track derailment and perform well on steep slopes
- 15-in.-wide tracks result in a ground pressure of only 4.6 psi
- 13 in. of ground clearance
- 65-hp Kubota 2.4-L turbocharged diesel complies with EPA Tier 4 Final using a diesel oxidation catalyst requiring no regeneration, sensors or diesel exhaust fluid
- Optional 28.4 gpm at 3,300 psi high-flow auxiliary hydraulics
- Rated operating capacity: 2,328 lb.; tipping load: 6,650 lb.
- lift height: 10.5 ft.
- Standard joystick controls, self-leveling system allows attachments to stay at a set position while lifting
- Optional 16.5-in. track for a lower ground pressure of 4.2 psi, increased traction and flotation
