Lutz Pumpen has introduced the Lube Drive, a tool designed to simplify filling central lubrication systems for construction, agricultural and industrial equipment.
The device replaces bulky pneumatic motors and manual methods — such as spatulas or hand pumps — by using a standard cordless screwdriver to power an eccentric screw pump tube. The steel pump tube fits grease containers from 10 to 60 kilograms and can deliver up to 2 kilograms of grease per minute.
Company representatives say neglected or improper lubrication is a leading cause of costly equipment breakdowns. By streamlining the process, the Lube Drive aims to make regular maintenance easier and more efficient.
The pump is compatible with greases up to NLGI-2 and will be available this spring.
