CNH Names New Chief Financial Officer

CNH Global N.V. announces that CFO Camillo Rosotto will resign on December 31, 2012, and Pablo Di Si will assume the role effective January 1, 2013

CNH Global N.V. announces that Chief Financial Officer Camillo Rossotto will resign on December 31, 2012, to pursue other interests. Following the company's internal succession plans, Pablo Di Si will become CFO of CNH, effective January 1, 2013.
