Hyundai to Bring Both Machines & YouTube Personalities to World of Asphalt

The company will feature two of its machines for asphalt, highway/roadwork and pavement maintenance, plus host YouTube construction channel personalities Mike Simon and Matt Parr.

At World of Asphalt and Agg1 Aggregates Academy & Expo in Nashville, TN, March 29 to 31, Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas will feature two of its most in-demand machines for asphalt, highway/roadwork and pavement maintenance – the HL980A wheel loader and the HX220AL excavator. In addition, on Tuesday and Wednesday, the company invites attendees to Booth #1462 to meet popular YouTube construction channel personalities Mike Simon and Matt Parr.

Delivering 351 hp and a 7.3 cu. yds. of payload, the Hyundai HL980A wheel loader can handle the biggest chores associated with roadbuilding and maintenance. Also used in aggregates, quarry, mining, demolition, and industrial operations, the HL980A provides maximum durability, performance and reliability, with enhanced features such as high-grade hoses and axles with extra load capacity.

With an operating weight of 69,120 lbs., the 351-hp HX220AL excavator features several improvements, including increased visibility, automatic engine shutdown, auto safety lock, and eco gauge lifting mode, providing greater productivity on even the toughest jobs. The robust upper and lower frame structure can endure external shock and heavy workloads for many thousands of hours.

On March 29 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and March 30 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Mike Simon, creator of the popular YouTube channel Dirt Perfect and his “man behind the scenes,” Matt Parr, who now has his own earthmoving-related YouTube channel, NYA Millennial, will be in the booth to meet visitors and share their experience with Hyundai construction equipment.

Product experts will be in the booth throughout the show to walk visitors around the machines and provide information on the features, such as AAVM (All-Around View Monitoring) system and HiMATE fleet management. Account managers will be available to answer questions about how Hyundai equipment and services can business performance.
