When perimeter cabling cannot be attached by anchors drilled into columns because
they must be left in pristine condition, Perimeter Protection Products devised an
OSHA-compliant solution. An 18’ polyester strap rated at 4,400 pounds is integrated
with a 2” tie-down buckle.
• Tightened by means of a ratchet, securing the strap tightly to the column.
• A Perimeter cable guide with an eyelet welded to it is added. It includes a receiver to allow the strap to slide through.
• To avoid abrasion or rust on the column, a 1/2” piece of plywood is epoxyed to the inner portion of the guide
• Non-penetrating cable attach point for masonry columns that enables a termination point or the ability to jump the column.
• Meets OSHA height requirements
• Each strap attaches to a column in one minute
