Pan-United Corporation Ltd., a Singapore-based concrete producer, has expanded its AiR Digital Solutions platform to ready-mix concrete and logistics companies across Asia-Pacific, with the technology also now available in the U.S. market.

The AI-powered system, developed in-house, manages scheduling, fleet deployment and resource allocation in real time. Pan-United said users have reported improved fleet utilization, reduced manpower needs and streamlined operations.

More than 20 companies in Southeast Asia, North Asia and Australasia have adopted the platform, including Bridgeman Concrete in New Zealand, East Rock in Malaysia and Eastern Continent Construction in Singapore.

AiR Digital was first developed in 2014 to optimize Pan-United’s own ready-mix concrete operations before being commercialized for broader industry use. The company said it sees applications for the system in other sectors with complex logistics requirements.
