At bauma 2019, the Wirtgen Group will be presenting world premieres and innovations from every product segment, including cold milling, cold recycling, soil stabilization, concrete paving, and surface mining. It will highlight approximately 120 exhibits over 13,000 m2 of exhibition space.
With “Smart Synergies and Innovations” as a group slogan for the trade show, Wirtgen’s booth will showcase its compatible product solutions and application processes -- hallmarks of its specialized c-- which enable customers to meet road construction challenges in a cost-effective manner while producing high-quality results. In this context, bauma will be the first time that the Wirtgen Group will be exhibiting at a joint booth (FS.1011) with John Deere.
Thanks to the two companies’ complementary product ranges, the lineup on display will cover an extensive range of customer solutions. Visitors will be able to experience this up close at the exhibits, as well as from a tour across the Skywalk, which connects each of the Wirtgen Group product brands’ technology centers and John Deere to each other. The Skywalk will also offer visitors the chance to learn more about the Group’s synergies at individual stations.
Wirtgen will showcase cost-effective premium solutions for cold milling, cold recycling, soil stabilization, concrete paving and surface mining:
- Vögele will be unveiling its new flagship, the SUPER 3000-3i, with its SB 350 fixed-width screed that enables paving at a width of up to 18 m; pavers from the new Classic Line; and innovations for the WITOS Paving process management solution.
- Hamm will feature new tired rollers in the HP series, its split oscillation drum and many new products for asphalt and earthworks.
- At Kleemann, visitors will gain insights into innovative mobile crusher and screening plant solutions for the quarry and for more environmentally friendly operations.
- Bennighoven will exhibit its ECO asphalt mixing plants, as well as models from its TBA family of transportable asphalt mixing plants, which can now be configured with a hot gas generator for RC additives.
The group’s exhibits at bauma will be rounded out by a variety of different construction machines from John Deere’s product range.
