At NPE his three-hour session, “Navigate & Differentiate to Accelerate Your Business in 2018!” is designed to help contractors become “adept at navigating change” by differentiating your company so you stand out in the market. “You must make sure every employee clearly understands what the company is doing, where it is headed and why.”
O’Brion is known for presentations that drive growth with companies of all sizes from small businesses to billion dollar brands. He built his career growing big brands and distills that experience into creating strategies and real ideas that are actionable immediately.
After earning his MBA at the University of Michigan, he worked with Procter & Gamble on brands such as Crisco, Tide, Mr. Clean, and Spic & Span. Next, at Coors Brewing Company he managed Coors Light, a $2 billion business. He was then vice president of marketing for the $1.5 billion Quiznos restaurant chain. Most recently he was vice president of marketing for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, a $1 billon brand. He outlines how every company can use the same strategies as billion dollar brands to grow your business. The strategies big brands use are not complicated, and he’ll explain how to use them in this NPE workshop.
In the first part of this workshop O’Brion will distill case study experiences into put-to-work growth strategies you can implement immediately, regardless of your budget.
