
The Pavement Awards, presented by Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction, provides industry-wide recognition for contractors involved in all aspects of the pavement maintenance industry.
Here's a breakdown of this year's winners by category:
Paving: Parking Lot, which recognizes the best asphalt paving job, overlay or new construction, completed in the current calendar year on a parking lot of any size.
Winner is: Royal Pavement Solutions for its complete replacement of a 140,000-square-foot parking lot at a busy post office hub. CLICK HERE to learn more.
Paving: Non-Parking Lot, which recognizes the best asphalt paving job – overlay or new construction – completed in the current calendar year on non-highway pavements such as residential or municipal streets, bike paths, hiking paths, sports courts, or driveways.

Seal & Stripe: Small Job, which recognizes the best combination sealcoating and striping job completed in the current calendar year on a parking lot, bike path, sports course, golf cart path, or other pavements smaller than 200,000 square feet.
Winner is: Sealcoat Specialties Inc. for sealcoating a busy grocery store parking lot. CLICK HERE to learn more.
Seal & Stripe: Large Job, which recognizes the best combination sealcoating and striping job completed in the current calendar year on a parking lot, bike path, sports course, golf cart path, or other pavements larger than 200,000 square feet.
Winner is: PLM Paving & Concrete for sealcoating for more than 50% of Elmbrook Church's blacktop, which came a total of 592,000 square feet of asphalt pavement, while additionally installing more than 7,500 pounds of crack sealant. CLICK HERE to learn more.
Superior Striping, which recognizes pavement marking/striping projects that exemplify the growing artistry and technique required for interior, exterior, sports surfaces, parking lots, roads, and other pavements.

Best Marketing Video, which honors a paving or pavement maintenance company that developed a marketing or promotional video highlighting its company, culture, and/or services.

Contractor of the Year, which recognizes a paving and/or pavement maintenance company that consistently demonstrates high job quality, represents the industry professionally, and operates with the business acumen that results in a profitable, well-respected, successful contracting business.

Good Neighbor, which honors a paving and/or pavement maintenance company that demonstrates significant participation in their local community by providing pavement-related services and/or financial support to charitable and non-profit organizations that benefit the community.

Hall of Fame, which honors paving or pavement maintenance individuals or companies that have made a significant impact in the growth, improvement and/or professionalism of the paving and pavement maintenance industry.

The Alan Curtis Industry Service Award, which honors a veteran individual or company of the paving and pavement maintenance industry whose pursuit of excellence, dedication to professionalism, pursuit of quality and spirit of achievement have contributed significantly to the growth, development and professionalism of the industry.
