PCTC's Point-By-Point Response to Dust Study Conclusions

PCTC is involved in numerous efforts in defense of refined coal tar-based sealer, including an expert evaluation of the recent study and another report of its own due out this spring.

Following a meeting at January's National Pavement Expo in Nashville the Pavement Coatings Technology Council (PCTC) released an initial response to the Austin "dust study" that reportedly attributed PAHs found in apartment dust to coal tar-based pavement sealer. PCTC is involved in numerous other efforts in defense of refined coal tar-based sealer, including an expert evaluation of the recent study and another report of its own due out this spring.
