Terex launched its new TRX Series of telescopic aerial devices at the 2025 Utility Expo on October 7, targeting trouble truck and distribution work. The series is designed to provide higher lifting capacity, increased payload and operational efficiency without requiring a commercial driver’s license.

The TRX Series includes four models — TRX41, TRX48, TRX52 and TRX55 — with working heights ranging from 46 to 60 feet. Lightweight boom designs reduce hundreds of pounds compared to previous models, allowing payloads up to 6,000 pounds depending on chassis class and body configuration.

A new Ranger Jib offers weight savings, enhanced articulation and improved pin design while supporting aftermarket attachments.

Other features of the TRX Series include:

  • Platform capacity up to 500 pounds with optional configurations
  • Simplified maintenance with parts commonality and fiberglass boom construction
  • Strength and insulation from rectangular bi-axial epoxy resin filament-wound fiberglass
  • Smooth operation via full-pressure hydraulics and four-function single-stick control

All models meet ANSI A92.2 Category C standards, with Category B available on select units.
