The Vanair DR 435 Drill Module delivers performance on the jobsite, offering 435 cfm and 200 psi of air power (12.8 m3/min and 13.8 bar) during use. Equipped with a remote separator tank for versatile mounting and accessible maintenance, the drill module is designed for water-well, oil and gas, geothermal and blasthole drilling applications.
This machine features a single-stage rotary screw air compressor and dual air filters with dust evacuators for filter maintenance. Accessible instruments include temperature and pressure gauges, as well as an oil level sight glass. For safety, the DR 435 provides high-pressure shutdown, air pressure relief safety valve, automatic blowdown on shutdown, oil fill plug safety relief and a minimum pressure valve.
The machine is protected by a galvanneal sheet metal enclosure with a powder coated finish for durability in rugged conditions. Mounting provisions are available at the bottom of the frame, which also contains integral forklift tubes.
