Mack Trucks Announces New Rear Axle and Engine for MD Series

When paired with the 325 hp engine rating and the Allison 3000RDS transmission, the Mack MD is now capable of increased towing capacity if the customer has a trailer.
The new engine being offered is a Cummins B6.7 with up to 325 hp. The new rear axle is designed for a Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) of up to 23,000 lbs.
