Ford Pro has announced it will now offer a new Electric Vehicle Incentive Consultation Service designed to help customers navigate available incentives and rebate programs for electric vehicles and charging purchases. Since its launch, Ford Pro reports the new service has already helped customers discover over $40,000 in available incentives for charging purchases and $1.5 million for electric vehicle purchases, which they may qualify for.

According to the press release:

Open rebate programs have seen an 11% increase since 2024. There are still funds available to support these efforts; in fact, about 78% of the United States is covered by an active rebate program for electric vehicles and chargers, but navigating the universe of state and local incentives can be daunting.

Between overlapping federal tax credits, state grants and utility rebates, most organizations lack the time or resources to track what’s available and struggle to identify and apply for those they’re eligible for.

A Ford Pro survey of over 1,200 fleet decision-makers found that only 46% of businesses had applied for government-funded rebates and incentives, and a mere 21% had sought government grants for electric vehicle purchases. This gap highlights the need for education and support, as many companies remain unaware of the financial aid available to them, including rebates, vouchers and tax credits applicable to electric vehicle purchases and charging infrastructure.

To help address this challenge for commercial customers, Ford Pro launched the Electric Vehicle Incentive Consultation Service to help take the guesswork out of electric vehicle and charging incentives.

The launch of the Electric Vehicle Incentive Consultation Service comes on the heels of the Ford Pro E-Switch Assist tool, which has evaluated over 38,000 commercial vehicles to date and revealed that 53% of those vehicles are potential candidates to switch from gas to electric. This underscores the vast potential for businesses to transition to cleaner, more efficient fleets.

In a market where knowledge and proactive engagement can lead to substantial savings and practices, Ford Pro’s Electric Vehicle Incentive Consultation Service aims to support commercial customers as they navigate the path to electric. More information is available at fordpro.com.
