Daimler Truck has introduced My PartsHub, a new online platform that centralizes digital parts procurement for customers, dealers and workshops. The system replaces the company’s WebParts portal and is now available in Germany and several other European markets, with additional countries to be added through spring 2026.

The platform provides access to more than 300,000 spare parts for Mercedes-Benz trucks and buses, Setra buses and FUSO vehicles. My PartsHub is directly linked to the new Daimler Truck Global Parts Center in Halberstadt, a 260,000-square-meter logistics hub designed to improve parts availability and delivery speed.

Users can register vehicles, locate model-specific components and order original, exchange and legacy-series parts. The interface includes 12 main parts categories, detailed catalog diagrams and real-time information on prices and availability. A “Quick Order” feature allows repeat orders without extended searching.

My PartsHub is available in multiple national languages and accessible on mobile devices at all hours. An integrated chat tool provides customer support. Existing WebParts users are automatically migrated to the new platform.
