Northwestern University Transportation Center and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers presented a vision for transportation infrastructure based on an in-depth study of future trends and opportunities influencing the movement of people and goods. Deputy Secretary Mendez referenced the Department’s recent study, Beyond Traffic, to highlight some of the biggest challenges facing America’s infrastructure over the next three decades.
