[Video] Workforce Development Critical to Support Florida Mega-Project Construction

South Florida AGC and CoastalTishman discuss the importance of workforce development to fill labor needs on projects like the Miami World Center.

The CoastalTishman joint venture is at work on the Paramount Tower, a 58-story, 700-ft. structure that will serve as the anchor for the new Miami World Center development. The project will employ around 3,000, but the competition for local workers is a major challenge. Working with the South Florida AGC chapter, they hope to change that by communicating construction "as the pathway to prosperity" with long-term opportunity.
