The CoastalTishman joint venture is at work on the Paramount Tower, a 58-story, 700-ft. structure that will serve as the anchor for the new Miami World Center development. The project will employ around 3,000, but the competition for local workers is a major challenge. Working with the South Florida AGC chapter, they hope to change that by communicating construction "as the pathway to prosperity" with long-term opportunity.
