RoadSafe Traffic Systems Appoints John P. O’Brien III as Chief Financial Officer

RoadSafe Traffic Systems Inc., a provider of traffic safety products and services, has appointed John P. O’Brien, III as Chief Financial Officer.

O’Brien, who has more than 25 years of experience as a financial executive in the engineering/construction, electronics distribution, drug manufacturing and software industries, will oversee all of RoadSafe’s financial matters, including strategic planning, risk management and financing activities. He will report to David L. Myers, Executive Chairman of RoadSafe.

"John's strong financial and business acumen will contribute greatly to RoadSafe's continued growth and success," said Myers. "I am confident John will be successful in ensuring RoadSafe's continued financial integrity."

RoadSafe is a privately owned, full-service provider of temporary traffic control and protection and pavement marking services nationwide. The company bids on government work in the heavy highway industry as well as the private sector. Services include traffic control, barricade rental, sign manufacturing/installation and pavement marking/removal services – all using a state-of-the-art equipment fleet and highly trained personnel.
