Systems Equipment Corp., Waukon, IA, has been elected to the Associate membership of the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA). Peter Grangaard, operations, has been designated as the authorized representative to the association.
“I am delighted to welcome Systems Equipment Corp. as an Associate member of NAPA,” said 2016 NAPA Chairman Kevin Kelly. “By joining the National Asphalt Pavement Association, they strengthen the entire industry and its efforts to provide the high-performing, cost-effective pavements that the public relies upon.”
Systems Equipment Corp. joins the more than 1,150 members of NAPA, which represents asphalt pavement mix producers and paving contractors across the United States. Membership in NAPA gives Systems Equipment Corp. an active voice in the association, which represents the interests of asphalt pavement producers and contractors on the national level before Congress, governmental agencies, and other national trade and business organizations.
As a member of NAPA, Systems Equipment Corp. also has access to NAPA’s active research and education programs, which are designed to improve the quality of asphalt pavements and paving techniques used in the construction of roads, streets, highways, parking lots, airports, environmental, and recreational facilities.
