Bergkamp Inc. introduces BEST (Bergkamp Equipment Service Technology), its new online portal for 24/7 assistance from the company’s Customer Business Unit (CBU). BEST provides unique services, including parts ordering and interactive service manuals.
The portal is mobile-friendly, and accessible anywhere customers have Internet access. Via the BEST portal, customers can locate parts, review all relevant information and order them online or request a quote for repair parts. Customers also can review technical documents and videos related to their Bergkamp equipment and its parts, including parts manuals; operators’ manuals; technical, service and product improvement bulletins; training videos; truck specifications and sales brochures. The goal with BEST is to provide service to customers before, during and after their equipment purchase, and become the go-to site for all of their Bergkamp repair parts and technical support.
In order to sign up for BEST, customers should visit www.bergkampinc.com/best-e and fill out the online form. Once the application is complete, a member of the Bergkamp CBU will contact the applicant to set up access to a private account. The CBU Department also provides training and assistance on the use of BEST. For customers who prefer to work with Bergkamp’s reknowned CBU by phone, its expert service professionals are also available during business hours for parts, service and technical support.
