Stellar Industries, a 100% employee-owned manufacturer of work trucks and service equipment, has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Elliott Equipment Company, a U.S. maker of truck-mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks, and cranes. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
The acquisition expands Stellar’s presence in core vocational markets and strengthens its long-term growth strategy by adding complementary lifting equipment and work-at-height solutions.
The combined capabilities of Stellar and Elliott will enhance offerings in aerial work platforms, utility lifting, and material-handling equipment, supporting existing customers and opening opportunities in adjacent markets while maintaining U.S. manufacturing and engineering standards.
