In the fourth quarter of 2018, contractors faced some hefty fines from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The top fine during Q4 totaled over $420,000 for one contractor alone. The top nine fines in Q4 totaled over $2 million, mostly for fall hazard/protection citations.
