[VIDEO] Here's What Happened at the IPAF Summit in Madrid

Many dynamic speakers filled the day, which was followed by the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) gala honoring individuals and organizations throughout the powered access industry for their commitment to safety and training.

Approximately 300 attended the International Powered Access Federation's 2016 Summit in Madrid, Spain on March 17. Speakers included Brad Boehler, president of Skyjack, who explained upcoming changes to standards for machine controls, and Jeremy Fish, managing director of Nationwide Platforms, a division of UK-based rental firm Lavendon, who spoke to the crowd about what it takes to make safety our #1 priority as an industry.

Many other dynamic speakers filled the day, including Pedro Torres, COO at Riwal, who provided strategies to break the cycles in the rental business, which he predicted would become hyper-cyclical.

The day-long Summit was followed by the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) gala honoring individuals and organizations throughout the access industry for their commitment to safety and training.
