FL Governor Slams Brakes on Dozens of Transport Contracts

Republican governor promises to review pending contracts quickly but insists on 'watching how this money is spent'

"We'll make sure that the contracts that should go forward will go forward," Scott said. "My job is to watch how this money is spent and I'm going to do it." (More at TampaBay.com . . . )
