Congress Agrees to Fund VA Colorado Hospital Construction

Included in the Senate measure is a provision that would put the Army Corps of Engineers in charge of any VA project expected to cost $100 million or more

Construction of the $1.675 billion Veterans Affairs hospital in Aurora, Colo., will continue after Congress agrees to spend the additional $625 million to complete the project. Both the House and Senate passed the bill unanimously.
