New Jersey Gov. Not Surprised by Federal Transportation Officials' Demand for Canceled ARC Tunnel Funds

Gov. Chris Christie said he was not surprised by the decision last week by federal transportation officials to order the state to repay $271 million spent on a canceled Hudson River rail tunnel project.
