Construction, State Workers Rally for Nevada Jobs

Unveiled last week, the Nevada Jobs First Initiative would give contractors a 5% advantage when bidding on state or local projects, provided they hire at least 50% Nevada-based workers, use 25% Nevada- purchased products, and register the vehicle in-state.
