Ameripolish, an architectural concrete products provider, has launched its new LG-7K liquid grout coating system for dry polishing. Ameripolish LG-7K mixes with the dust created while grinding concrete floors to create a durable matrix that automatically fills pinholes, small air voids, pop-outs, microcracks and other gaps in concrete.

“Providing your team with an efficient way of grouting can be difficult,” said Clint Howle, president, Ameripolish. “LG-7K is great for any application, from warehousing to customer-facing grocery aisles.”

LG-7K creates a surface for polishing, filling gaps and imperfections while grinding. The surface allows additional densifiers, color stains or protective treatments to be applied. Eliminating these tiny nooks and crannies also minimizes maintenance for floors, as the floor will not trap contaminants.

The treatment is designed for any flooring undergoing grinding, whether in construction settings or highly polished aesthetic floors. It sprays on surfaces and cures to concrete-level hardness. LG-7K ships ready-to-use, covering approximately 200-400 sq. ft. per gallon.
