Logix's new knockdown system ICFs are compatible and interchangeable with Logix solid forms creating a hybrid system. Logix blocks and knockdown blocks can be assembled together for a unique building technology that saves time and money on the jobsite. BIM was a central element to the library’s construction, allowing for scheduling and clash detection. Morley used Revit to build every column, wall and piece of concrete and detect conflicts floor by floor. Each week all subcontractors were required to submit their updated BIM files to Turner to update the master BIM file.
