Resfoam HL 35 Crack and Joint Sealer

MAPEI introduced its Resfoam HL 35, a flexible, hydrophilic polyurethane used for sealing cracks or joints in concrete structures that are subject to continuous moisture exposure. Depending on the water-to-resin ratio, the material will vary in consistency from resilient rubber-like foam to a flexible gel. Resfoam HL 35 can absorb water up to 800% of its own mass and subsequently deflects water away from penetrating into a structure. It is also available in a dual cartridge format (with HL 35C) that provides a 1:1 water ratio.
