HTC held a grand opening event for the new Northeast Regional Office on Tuesday, April 25th in Philadelphia, Pa. The new 6,000 square foot facility will serve as a distribution hub for the Northeastern United States.  Regional placement of the office will allow HTC customers in the Northeast better and faster access to HTC tools, parts, service, and knowledge with shorter distances between the new location and the Northeastern states.

Functionality in the Northeast Regional Office will roll out over time in phases, beginning immediately with Sales and Shipping operations.  The facility will also host HTC Academy training seminars and other hands-on demonstrations in the near term, such as the highly successful HTC Duratiq machine launch events, the HTC Roadshows.  Planning for these events is currently in process and events are expected to begin near the end of the quarter.

In the third phase of functionality roll-out for the Northeast Regional Office, HTC will hire and train a new HTC Service technician to provide repair services for HTC grinding machines and dust extractors.  The placement of an HTC Service center in the Northeast will provide immense value to our customers in the region by reducing the time required to transport machines and dust extractors to and from service by a factory-trained technician, thereby ensuring our customers receive quality repair work with less down-time.  Repair operations are expected to begin sometime in the fourth quarter of 2017.

“We are excited  about what this new location means to HTC. It’s been in the works for many months now and we look forward to serving our customers in the Northeast with faster ship times and a new, more convenient service center.” says Jan Nordlander, President of HTC, Inc.

The new Northeast Regional Office is now open and located at:

2037 Washington Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19146

Telephone: (215) 709-4335

[JW1]Since the city refernced is not in the same state as that referenced in the byline, the state name should be included here (especially since there is actually a Philadelphia, TN).

[JW2]Capitalization of north, south, etc. and derivations should occur when referencing a particular region, as in this case, as opposed to a simple direction or location.

[CK3]Northeast with capital N? Or is it only with a capital N when standing alone and not as adjective?

[CK4]Do we have a phone number and e-mail adress?

And a contact name of the person in charge at the Philly office?
