AlignOps Brings Purchase Approvals to Mobile

AlignOps ToolWatch has expanded its Purchase Requests & Approvals workflow to the ToolWatch Mobile App, allowing field and warehouse teams to manage purchases from mobile devices.

Users can create requests, search inventory, scan barcodes and submit purchases for approval. Designated approvers can review, approve or reject requests from their phones using existing permissions.

Approved requests automatically generate draft Purchase Orders, reducing duplicate data entry. The workflow also keeps purchasing discussions attached to each request and provides a record of decisions.

The update extends purchasing controls and visibility across offices, warehouses and jobsites.
