CM Labs has added new training management features to its Intellia Workforce Training System, including session review, AI assistants and a classroom performance leaderboard.
The new After-Action Review feature in Intellia Instructor records training sessions and allows instructors to replay them in a 3D environment. Instructors can review trainee actions, completed goals and errors to identify areas for additional coaching.
AI assistants provide instructors and trainees with answers based on CM Labs product documentation. The tools can help instructors plan courses and recommend exercises while providing trainees with guidance during training.
A new Performance Leaderboard displays live training results for classroom use, allowing instructors to track performance across a group of trainees.
