The FleetWatcher platform now integrates with Oman Systems Field Manager PRO. Data from FleetWatcher equipped assets flows through to populate in Field Manager PRO, thus eliminating the manual input of this information.

Contractors using Oman Systems software to manage operations and equipment maintenance can use FleetWatcher telematics to complete the data transfer chain. FleetWatcher attaches to heavy equipment and wirelessly relays data back to the software. With automated data capture and reporting from project to payment, contractors can manage projects.

Sycning the two gives contractors a view of the completed project, so they can use a blended rate to estimate similar future projects. Automated data flow minimizes problems associated with human error as FleetManager can flag outlier data.

Equipment meter readings are passed to the Oman Systems’ FMP Maintenance program to drive automated preventive maintenance programs for notifications and completion. Using the equipment GPS coordinates, Oman Systems can also provide real-time equipment location that can be used to support field mechanics.

“Now, it’s easier than ever for customers to get accurate information and to better run their businesses,” said David Thomas, Oman Systems’ VP of sales and marketing.

Contractors can also utilize the geo-zones to see and manage the equipment being used within them.

“We’re thrilled to integrate with Oman because they are well known and respected within the construction industry,” said FleetWatcher founder Larry Baker. “We understand that customers utilize many different software programs, so we take pride in integrating with them to better utilize their data to operate more efficiently and effectively.”
