ServiceTitan has introduced a new suite of AI-powered tools, including Atlas, an advanced assistant designed to help contractors automate office and field operations.

Atlas, described as a virtual co-pilot, can run reports, find jobs, dispatch technicians, and guide users through workflows using plain English commands. Over time, the system will adapt to specific business needs, offering tailored insights and recommendations.

The AI suite also supports technicians in the field with instant answers through ServiceTitan Mobile, reducing calls to dispatch and enabling faster job completion. Office workflows, such as invoice reviews, scheduling, and pricing, can be automated, while commercial contractors gain support through auto-filled logs, automated RFIs and change orders, and streamlined accounts receivable.

Customer-facing tools include AI-powered booking agents, SMS scheduling and real-time dispatch recommendations. The system can also trigger marketing adjustments automatically — such as throttling ad spend when schedules are full or ramping up campaigns during slow periods.
