CMiC has launched NEXUS, an AI-powered enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform designed to automate workflows and improve decision-making for construction teams. The platform was announced during the company’s CONNECT 2025 event.
Built on more than 25 AI agents, NEXUS integrates automation and natural language processing across CMiC’s project management and financial modules. The system can automate drawing uploads, organize spec books, and prefill submittal records, while its Project Pulse Dashboard uses sentiment analysis to detect early signs of project risk, such as schedule delays or safety concerns.
In financial applications, users can generate reports like balance sheets and income statements through simple natural language prompts. The AI also supports real-time reconciliation and cost tracking, reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy.
The platform’s redesigned interface, built on Material 3 design principles, enhances visual clarity and system performance while maintaining CMiC’s established workflows.
CMiC said NEXUS marks the start of its multi-year roadmap for AI innovation, aiming to make construction ERP more intuitive, predictive and efficient.
